The Communications Commission (the Commission) is aware of a problem affecting many television viewers in the South of the Island, who are served by the Port St Mary transmitter.
The issue appears to involve poor signal and frequent dropping out of the non BBC channels on Freeview.
The Commission is in contact with the relevant organisation which manages the television transmitters and an engineer is investigating the cause of the problems.
A further announcement will be made once the cause has been identified.
