Findings of Investigation into Complaint of Non-Compliance against Manx Telecom (Retail) Published

In August 2018 the Communications Commission received a communication from Sure (Isle of Man) Ltd voicing concerns that Manx Telecom (Retail) may have failed to notify other licenced operators of a new product to the market.  As such Sure (Isle of Man) Ltd were concerned that Manx Telecom (Retail) may have breached licence conditions, or other regulations or directions currently in force.

The Communications Commission subsequently conducted an investigation in to the alleged non-compliance of Manx Telecom (Retail) and found them to be in compliance with the obligations placed upon it.  As a result of this the Communications Commission will take no further action.
