Response to Consultation on Cost Orientation Assessments

In October 2018 the Communications Commission published an Information Notice on Cost Orientation Assessments (publication 03/18).  The purpose of this information notice is to act as a guide to assist the incumbent, Manx Telecom, in providing sufficient information to demonstrate that its wholesale prices are orientated towards its costs.

The Commission welcomed submissions from stakeholders by 16th November 2018, and has now published a response to the submission received.
