The Communications Commission (the Commission) is gathering information through a survey into consumers’ experiences of switching telecommunications provider. It relates to landline, mobile and broadband services. If you have any one of these services, the Commission would like to hear from you.

The purpose of this survey is to help the Commission better understand how well the switching process is working in practice and whether there are any barriers to switching.

The survey should take a few minutes to complete and is available to answer online on the Consultation Hub at https://consult.gov.im/. The closing date has been extended until 27th May 2020.

If you would like to complete a paper copy of the survey, please get in touch with the Commission by emailing cc@iomcc.im, calling 677022 to leave a message, or writing to the Communications Commission, Ground Floor Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas, IM1 2SF. A copy will be posted to you once restrictions relating to Covid-19 are lifted. You do not need to provide your name, only an address to post to.

The survey should be completed anonymously and does not ask for any personal information.
