Response to Multi Band Spectrum Award - Final Information Memorandum

In connection with the Licence Award Process to facilitate the provision of services in the 700MHz and 3.6GHz Spectrum Bands, the Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority has published the Response to Multi Band Spectrum Award – Final Information Memorandum. This document outlines the Authority’s Award Process and the associated Auction Rules. The document is available to view here.
As part of the Award Process the Authority is holding meetings, with Interested Parties, to discuss and provide detailed guidance on the Licence Award Application Documentation and details of the Award Process for the upcoming Multi Band Licence Award for the provision of services using the 700MHz and 3.6GHz bands. Meetings are to be held between Monday 6th December and Friday 17th December inc.
