Information Notice: Multi Band Licence Award Information Memorandum Consultation Deadline Extension

On the 27th July 2021 the Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority (the Authority) published its Consultation on Multi Band Spectrum Licence Award – Information Memorandum (Document 20/21) providing its preliminary views on the processes and procedures that would be employed for the Auction licences to provide services in the Available Spectrum. In the Consultation the Authority requested that interested parties provide their responses by Wednesday, 8th September 2021.

A formal request has been received for a 1 week extension to the deadline to respond to the Consultation. Following due consideration, the Authority has decided to grant the requested extension to the consultation period in this instance. The revised date for responses to the Consultation is Wednesday 15th September 2021.
