Information Notice: Draft Licences Granted Under Section 17 of the Communications Act 2021

The Authority has published an Information Notice relating to Electronic Communications Networks, Electronic Communications Services, and Associated Facilities Licences granted under Section 17 of the Communications Act 2021 (of Tynwald). 

Following Consultation the Authority has released new draft licences under the Communications Act 2021. A table of draft licences can be found here.

The draft licences will be available for a 14 day period for review and for licence holders to notify the Authority of any issues. Following this period the new licences will be issued to operators.
