Direction to Manx Telecom to Fulfil Access Request

On the 31st January 2024 the Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority (the Authority) issued a Direction to Manx Telecom Limited (Manx Telecom) requiring it to fulfil its regulatory obligations in respect of an Access Request from Sure (Isle of Man) Limited to enable interconnection with BT's sub-sea cable, which terminates in Manx Telecom's premises.

Manx Telecom has further been Directed to conclude the implementation of the Access Request as soon as possible and in any case no later than 3 months from the 31st January 2024.
