11/26: Response To Draft Information Memorandum For Broadcasting Licence Award Process And Final Information Memorandum

The Authority has today published its Response to the Draft Information Memorandum and the Final Information Memorandum for the Broadcasting Licence Award Process (11/26). This follows the Authority’s prior Consultation on the Draft Information Memorandum for the Broadcasting Licence Award Process (01/26) and forms part of the process to award two commercial Broadcasting Licences.

The Final Information Memorandum sets out the procedures and processes the Authority will employ for the upcoming Auction and Licence Award.

The Authority will now proceed to the Application Stage of the Award Process. As part of this, it will offer a window during which Interested Parties may seek clarification on matters related to their application as required. An Information Notice will be published shortly with further details.
